We collect the minimum needed to give you an account, deliver your files and keep the studio running. We never sell your data.
What we collect
Account details — your email address and sign-in metadata. Order and library data — which items you purchased or claimed and when you downloaded them. Billing data — handled by our payment provider; we store only the identifiers needed to link a subscription to your account. Basic technical data — logs and error reports used to keep the site working.
Why we use it
To deliver purchases and downloads, to send order receipts and download links, to provide support, to prevent abuse, and to understand which releases people find useful.
We send transactional email — receipts, download links and account notices. These are required to deliver your order. Any marketing email is opt-in and includes an unsubscribe link.
Who processes your data
Our hosting and database provider, our payment processor and our email delivery provider, each only for the purpose above. They act as processors on our behalf.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. No advertising trackers.
Retention and your rights
We keep account and order records while your account exists and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You may request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account at any time.
